BECKIE JOHNZ   MELBOURNE,  AUSTRALIA 24TH DEC, 2021:   BECKIE JOHNZ was born in Ethiopia to South Sudanese parents and spent the majority of her childhood in Kenya before relocating to Australia in 2005.   She is quickly establishing herself as one of East Africa's most prominent artists. Since breaking into the music industry a few years ago, she has collaborated on smashing hits with artists such as Spice Diana, Fik Fameica, Alijoma, Amac Don, and Sunnyman. Beckie shows no signs of slowing down. She has been named the 2021 Overall Artist of the Year by SSMA (South Sudan Music Awards).   Beckie Johnz's chart-topping single "In The Middle" is highly regarded in a number of cities throughout Africa and the diaspora, and is widely regarded as the single that launched her career. Nearly two years later, the track continues to pack dancefloors on a night out.   "Oh Yeah" is the title of her new single. The song and accompanying video are set to be released on December 24th at 11 a.m. East Africa time (EAT).
