As it is coated with tin on the inside, it is quite versatile. The process of coating is called kalai and many artisans are similar with the procedure as an age-old handicraft tradition. Its round shape, brass ghee pot with lid and flexible handle is priced at INR 2700 for 500 ml and INR 3700 for 1000 ml.
